this morning me and Shawnee met at the high school for the workout and only the people going to ceader were there. We couldn't go to ceader this time because we had to be home at 9...anyway me and Shawnee were the ONLY people who showed up!!!! No one came and met at the high school like we were suppose to do! Shawnee ran the workout wile I just jogged cuzz I am still getting off my cold. I'm feeling a lot better though! And we should blast music wile doing speed workouts because I ran with my music and it was AWESOME!!!!!! ❤️🏃

BASICALLY OVER MY COLD!!!!!🎉🎉🎉 yay! I woke up at 7:30 and me and Shawnee ran up airport hill! It's 2.5 miles away from our house so its a good 5 mile there and back run! We did pretty good! And we got up to watch the looner eclipse at 6 then went back till we went running!😂❤️🏃

WORST RACE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!! So today I was super nervous because I needed to qualify for BYU and right befor my race I was throwing up!😭 Ya! I threw up 6 times!!!  Then I ran the worst race ever! I felt totally flat after throwing up and I ran a 6:03! I haven't ran like that since my first race!

3 miles in the morning with coach Powell and Lisa!❤️ Afternoon workout was changed to a surprise workout!!! We ran 200's at a 44 pace but I hit 38-42 the whole time😁 but we didn't know how many we were doing it was just till coach said stop! And he threw 3 150's in there too!!! This workout was way fun!!! We ended up doing 13 by 200 and 3 by 150!❤️🏃🏼

Morning run and lots of people came today!!!🎉 it was me shawnee Madi trin coach Powell and Lisa! It was great! Then in the afternoon we had a workout.... 3 sets! 1 set= 400 at a 1:27  and two 200's at a 41! It was windy so that made it a little harder but it was a good workout❤️🏃🏼
