| | surprise workout! Little dance party befor the workout then the best workout ever!!!! It was way fun to try to listen for the whistle but I didn't really hear it😬 hope we do this workout again!

| | Instead of a long run we did a workout on the fire road! We had a workout cuzz Monday was a long run so we just like switched Monday and Saturday this week!!! + 6 miles for morning runs❤️🏃+ 6 miles for morning runs😄💪

| | TODAY WAS THE BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!!!!! First coach thatcher brought some of his really awesome mountain runner friends!!! They were so awesome to run with! Then we did a all out mile in the track in our spikes! I personally love running in my spikes so I was excited then one of the elite runners came up on my second lap and paced me!!! I loved it cuzz he just helped me get EXACTLY on my goal! I got 5:50!!!! A new PR! ❤️🏃
