We ran 1,000's today. I only ran one, we did a 2 mile warm up then a 2 mile cool down.

Today I ran out by the Arizona border and we ran a total of 6 miles. We were supposed to go 4 but I went 6 instead. I felt really good today.

Today we ran a fart-lick work out. I ran a 2.5 mile warm up and then a 2 mile fart-lick work out then we went on a scary cooldown. We went down by Ford, there are storm drains and we ran in them. They are dark long scary tunnels and I was freaking out! I am never running under thouse agin.

We did a realy fun run today. We all ran in a single file line for 4 miles. There was no talking for 10 min. We ran over by were My moms house is, I liked the run alot. We also did a 1/2 mile warm up.

I ran a 2.5 mile warm up then we ran 2 by 200's and one 800 around the track. I got my times on the 200's but not the 800. Then Me, Shawnee and Stacy ran a mile cool down. Then we ran a 2nd mile cool down with some of the other girls.

Today is my birthday!!! It was also an early out school day so we had to eat a small lunch befor we ran.  I did NOT eat a small lunch! I ate all the food I brought. We did a 2.5 mile warm up and I felt so sick! Then we did the cosmen test for are work out, and I felt grate!! But the last 2 mile cool down I felt sick, agin. So I am not going to eat so much next time.

Today we just ran on the trails behind the high school. I liked the run we hadn't ran back there for a wile so it was nice. I felt realy good today, are total miles were 4.5.

We ran mile repeats today! I don't love them, but I don't hate them. I only had to run one mile repeat. My goal time was 6:50 and I got 6:38!!! That is my best mile ever! the total miles were 4.5 over all.

We did the thing ware we all run in a single file line and if we stayed quiet for 30 min. then coach would bring us ice cream. We did it! We were quiet and now we get ice cream, I didn't feel the best today. Are total miles were 4.5.

We ran a 1/2 mile warm up, then we ran down by my dads house and did are work out there. Then we did a 2 mile power run butI  only had to do 1 mile. We ran back to the high school and ate the ice cream coach bought us. I felt awesome today.

I ran the Washington Dog Town race today and I got my fastest 5k race ever! My time was 23:02.543!!! I placed 7th out of my age group, 13th over all, and 7th out of all the women. Me, Shawnee, and Samantha ran it together.

Sorry I have been skiping on writeing. We didn't do the workout today instead we just ran on the trails behind the high school. We ran a 1/2 mile warm up then 6 miles on the trails. Around mile 4.5 I triped and wacked up my right knee. It hearts to put preasure on it so I iced it. Hope it gets better. :)

We didn't go to morning practice so me, Shawnee, and Samantha just ran on are own at the high school. We ran a 1/2 mile warm up then we went on a 4.1 mile run out on the trails. My knee was a little tight but once I started running I felt good.
