| | I ran 4 1/2 miles today. I also ran 8 by 100 meater sprints, with a 1/2 mile warm up.

| | Today I felt: cold, out of shape, my left leg is in pain, hungry, sleepy, I have a cold...... on and on. Today was not my day but thats ok. I ran 3.5 miles not to bad for a day like today. I hope I feel better tomarow!

| | I ran a pre- warm up 1/2 a mile, a 2 mile warm up then I ran 7 1/2 (1 3/4 miles) laps in 15 min. for the VO2 MAX!!! I was then a dead zombie running a mile cool down. My one question is..... why did we run a pre-warm up befor the 2 mile warm up?

| | I LOVED the run today!!!!!!!!!! We did a 5 mile run out in the desert. It was an easy run we took it slow but it was still hard. We ran in the sand with a creeper van in front of us for 1/2 of a mile, that was realy scary. But we got to have a awesome talk with some of my closest friends. Are pace was realy slow 10 min. miles.

| | Did not feel good today. I felt part sick and part sleepy, school has taken its toll on this girl for sure! I cant wait for Friday!!!!! I ran 4.5 miles total today, I liked running at a diferent spot than the high school it was fun to see new things.

| | I ran the ridge today! The five mile loop is hard but its realy fun. I also did a 1/2 mile warm up like always.

| | I liked the tabota work out today ( 20 sec. fast, 10 sec. easy). I ran a 2 mile warm up and then almost one mile on the track for the work out, I also ran a 1 mile cool down.

St. George 5K (3 Miles) 00:25:00, Place overall: 115, Place in age division: 4 | | I ran the St. George 5K today!!! It was my first oficial 5K race ever! I placed 115th out of 703 people, 4th out of 22 girls aged 11-14, and 22 out of 134 women! I ran it in 25:00.2 min.! I loved the race it was realy fun and I ran it with my step dad Joey so that added to the fun.

| | Today was so hard! We ran a test thing ware you ran as fast as you can for one min. and jog for three, run for one min. jog for two, run for one min. jog for one min., then run as fast as you can for the last one. I ran a total of 4.5 miles.

| | I ran with the gold group for 4 miles at a 8:00-9:00 min. pace! It was really hard but very fun, the last mile I took it a little slower. I ran 5 miles for the workout and a 1/2 mile warm up.

| | We ran by the Dixie Center today. We ran a 2 mile warm up and then we did a fart-lick workout; 1 min. hard 1 min. easy, 2 min. hard 2 min. esey, 3 min. hard 3 min. esey, 2 min. hard 2 min. easy, 1 min. hard 1 min. easy. It was hard but I like to run over there. Then Cassidy, Shawnee, and me ran a mile cool down, we ran over by Ford and Shawnee and Cassidy ran under a tunnel thing. I am scared of the dark so I ran above. :)

| | We ran in the desert today. I thought this was one of THE HARADEST RUNS EVER!!!!! It felt like a stair way leading us up to heven through a jumbled mess of boulders and rocks. It was sandy and hard to run on. Right as you reach the top you think you will plato, but you are wrong! You plummit down a narow trail, strait down the rocks, I ran into a cactus on my way down. I need to start looking where I am going more offten. I probably exagerated some of the details but this is how the run felt to me. This was the hardest 5 miles I have ran!!!

| | I ran a 2.5 mile warm up and then did mile repeats. My mile goal time was 6:53! I have never ran that fast befor but I tryed to stay positive. My first mile repeat I ran a 6:57 min. mile!!! I was so happy, I have been wanting to run under a 7:00 min. mile and I did! Then we jogged 2 laps around the turff and hoped back on the track. The second lap was a little slower, I ran a 7:33 mile this time. I was still happy but, totally exosted. Then we ran a slow mile cool down.

| | We ran Hill repeats today. I ran four of them and they are hard! We ran over to the knolls and ran up that hill. I ran total of 5.5 miles.
