I ran a pre- warm up 1/2 a mile, a 2 mile warm up then I ran 7 1/2 (1 3/4 miles) laps in 15 min. for the VO2 MAX!!! I was then a dead zombie running a mile cool down. My one question is..... why did we run a pre-warm up befor the 2 mile warm up?

I LOVED the run today!!!!!!!!!! We did a 5 mile run out in the desert. It was an easy run we took it slow but it was still hard. We ran in the sand with a creeper van in front of us for 1/2 of a mile, that was realy scary. But we got to have a awesome talk with some of my closest friends. Are pace was realy slow 10 min. miles.

I liked the tabota work out today ( 20 sec. fast, 10 sec. easy). I ran a 2 mile warm up and then almost one mile on the track for the work out, I also ran a 1 mile cool down.

I ran the St. George 5K today!!! It was my first oficial 5K race ever! I placed 115th out of 703 people, 4th out of 22 girls aged 11-14, and 22 out of 134 women! I ran it in 25:00.2 min.! I loved the race it was realy fun and I ran it with my step dad Joey so that added to the fun.

Today was so hard! We ran a test thing ware you ran as fast as you can for one min. and jog for three, run for one min. jog for two, run for one min. jog for one min., then run as fast as you can for the last one. I ran a total of 4.5 miles.

I ran with the gold group for 4 miles at a 8:00-9:00 min. pace! It was really hard but very fun, the last mile I took it a little slower. I ran 5 miles for the workout and a 1/2 mile warm up.

We ran by the Dixie Center today. We ran a 2 mile warm up and then we did a fart-lick workout; 1 min. hard 1 min. easy, 2 min. hard 2 min. esey, 3 min. hard 3 min. esey, 2 min. hard 2 min. easy, 1 min. hard 1 min. easy. It was hard but I like to run over there. Then Cassidy, Shawnee, and me ran a mile cool down, we ran over by Ford and Shawnee and Cassidy ran under a tunnel thing. I am scared of the dark so I ran above. :)

We ran in the desert today. I thought this was one of  THE HARADEST RUNS EVER!!!!! It felt like a stair way leading us up to heven through a jumbled mess of boulders and rocks. It was sandy and hard to run on. Right as you reach the top you think you will plato, but you are wrong! You plummit down a narow trail, strait down the rocks, I ran into a cactus on my way down. I need to start looking where I am going more offten. I probably exagerated some of the details but this is how the run felt to me. This was the hardest 5 miles I have ran!!!

I ran a 2.5 mile warm up and then did mile repeats. My mile goal time was 6:53! I have never ran that fast befor but I tryed to stay positive. My first mile repeat I ran a 6:57 min. mile!!! I was so happy, I have been wanting to run under a 7:00 min. mile and I did! Then we jogged 2 laps around the turff and hoped back on the track. The second lap was a little slower, I ran a 7:33 mile this time. I was still happy but, totally exosted. Then we ran a slow mile cool down.

Today I ran out by the Arizona border and we ran a total of 6 miles. We were supposed to go 4 but I went 6 instead. I felt really good today.

Today we ran a fart-lick work out. I ran a 2.5 mile warm up and then a 2 mile fart-lick work out then we went on a scary cooldown. We went down by Ford, there are storm drains and we ran in them. They are dark long scary tunnels and I was freaking out! I am never running under thouse agin.

We did a realy fun run today. We all ran in a single file line for 4 miles. There was no talking for 10 min. We ran over by were My moms house is, I liked the run alot. We also did a 1/2 mile warm up.

Today is my birthday!!! It was also an early out school day so we had to eat a small lunch befor we ran.  I did NOT eat a small lunch! I ate all the food I brought. We did a 2.5 mile warm up and I felt so sick! Then we did the cosmen test for are work out, and I felt grate!! But the last 2 mile cool down I felt sick, agin. So I am not going to eat so much next time.

Today we just ran on the trails behind the high school. I liked the run we hadn't ran back there for a wile so it was nice. I felt realy good today, are total miles were 4.5.

We ran mile repeats today! I don't love them, but I don't hate them. I only had to run one mile repeat. My goal time was 6:50 and I got 6:38!!! That is my best mile ever! the total miles were 4.5 over all.

We did the thing ware we all run in a single file line and if we stayed quiet for 30 min. then coach would bring us ice cream. We did it! We were quiet and now we get ice cream, I didn't feel the best today. Are total miles were 4.5.

I ran the Washington Dog Town race today and I got my fastest 5k race ever! My time was 23:02.543!!! I placed 7th out of my age group, 13th over all, and 7th out of all the women. Me, Shawnee, and Samantha ran it together.

Sorry I have been skiping on writeing. We didn't do the workout today instead we just ran on the trails behind the high school. We ran a 1/2 mile warm up then 6 miles on the trails. Around mile 4.5 I triped and wacked up my right knee. It hearts to put preasure on it so I iced it. Hope it gets better. :)

Today was the worst run of my life!!!!!!! I was sick from last night and I am very dehydrated. We ran web hill today........... not one of my favorites!  I ran with the gold girls up there but only ended up doing 4 by 45 sec. Instead of doing 6 by 45 sec. To rap it all together I threw up when I got back from the run. :(

We ran out on a realy fun trail today! It looked realy hard and steep but once we got to the top it was so cool. One the way down we got kinda lost so we ended up farther away than expected. I think we might have got a little more than 5 miles for that reason.

Today's workout was good!!!! We did 2 by 400's with a mile warmup and the rest we did a cool down. My times for the 400's were 35 seconds and 33 seconds. We ran at Little Vally park instead of the high school.

Today we hiked Delano's Peak and it was super hard!!! I had tons of fun and got some realy good pictures! The elevation was 12,169ft at the top! I could hardly breath up there but it was so awesome! 

In the afternoon we had a relay and the team I was on took 6th place. We did the relay at Puffer Lake, then jumped in for a ice bath!
