I ran a 2.5 mile warm up and then did mile repeats. My mile goal time was 6:53! I have never ran that fast befor but I tryed to stay positive. My first mile repeat I ran a 6:57 min. mile!!! I was so happy, I have been wanting to run under a 7:00 min. mile and I did! Then we jogged 2 laps around the turff and hoped back on the track. The second lap was a little slower, I ran a 7:33 mile this time. I was still happy but, totally exosted. Then we ran a slow mile cool down.
