Today is my birthday!!! It was also an early out school day so we had to eat a small lunch befor we ran.  I did NOT eat a small lunch! I ate all the food I brought. We did a 2.5 mile warm up and I felt so sick! Then we did the cosmen test for are work out, and I felt grate!! But the last 2 mile cool down I felt sick, agin. So I am not going to eat so much next time.

Happy birthday! Eat as much as you want! It's my daughter's birthday, too. She turned 11. And I just finished a piece of her leftover ice cream cake :)
