| | a super awesome run out on a trail... It was kinda by Chuckawalla😄 it was so awesome cuzz we only had 4 miles and it rained at the very end! Then it started hailing on us when we were stretching❤️🏃

| | ran on the cruise ship! 2.5 on the really boring treadmills!!! And then 2 up top on the track! It was all good up top until we realized it was a 200 meter track!😂 Ya... We had to do 16 laps!❤️🏃

| | went on a trail run! We actually cut off from the Fire road and went on a little trail, then we ended up bushwhacking till we hit a little trail! It was super fun!!! Some of the girls had a sports bra run but I keped mine on...😊!❤️🏃

| | went and watched the middle schoolers and jv runners run at snow canyon! They all did really good! Me and Shawnee had to get 6 miles total so our friends were so awesome to go on a 2.5 mile cool down! They are the BEST! And we ran in a little stream! Super fun good job every one!!!❤️🏃

Pine view invite (1 Miles) 00:05:55 | | ran at pive view!!! Super big meet! Bigger than I have ever been to! There was lots of teams from up north and there was 5 girl heats! I was in the 4th heat! Super fun race and I loved seeing Alisa Snider race!!!! She is so AMAZING!!! ❤️🏃

| | 1000 workout today! I was suppost to hit 3:45 splits but that did NOT happen! I have a sore throte and couldn't breath the whole time! I GOT NEW SHOES TOO!!!!! I love them I got the socany Guide 8's! Super awesome and really nice to run on because I was on like +600 mile shoes!😂❤️🏃
