morning run at the high school! There was way more people there than I thought would show up. 

Then me and Shawnee were late to afternoon practice cuzz we were getting a sports massage!🎉  we still did the hill repeat workout behind the school though😢 I was coughing so bad today! I need to get on some hardcore drugs, I think, if I'm gonna get better! ❤️🏃🏼

me and Shawnee only were at morning practice today cuzz we went to the doctors in the afternoon and he checked our lungs!!!😅 it was really nerve racking cuzz my family kept telling me I was going to have to get a shot in my LUNGS!!! But I didn't so it was ok😂  he gave us some meds to clear up our cough so we should b good👍🏼❤️🏃🏼

no morning run today!!!🎉 It felt SO good to sleep in! My cough if pretty much gone now! We ran down to little valley to grab water and get wet in the splash pad! I like that run cuzz we always take a pretty good break👍🏼 and we stayed as a good group today!!! That is like a big thing for our girls team! We ended the run with 8 girls and that like NEVER happens so we're getting better!!! Yay!❤️🏃🏼

wirkout today at little valley park! It was a new workout do I really liked it... It was a latter workout so one person did 1 min the next did 2 min. We did 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1 as our workout, Madi &  Bailey did the first min, I led the 2min, Shawnee had the 3, trin had the other 3min, Sammi had the 2min, and then lily had the last minute!!! We ran right by my house... TWICE!!!! I was so ready just to go in and sleep! But I didn't cuzz I knew my bike was at the park still😂 ❤️🏃🏼

3 easy in the morning at the high school then only 4 miles in the afternoon today!!!🎉 I feel like we haven't ran 4 in forever! We ran it out toward the spectrum so it went by pretty fast. It was super hot though! And nobody brought there waters with them😂

so we had a morning run today! Just me, Shawnee, Lisa (coach powells wife❤️) and coach powell😂 I feel like it's always only us!!! But it's ok cuzz their the best!!! I usually just chill with Lisa and talk. 

Then we had a race with pine view at the Bloomington hills north park! It was r relays🎉 I love this little race! I got into a SUPER good rutein too.......(FINALLY!!!!🙏🏼)...... I take a goo!😱 I've never tried goos only chews and they make me throw up every time, with out fail! It's embarrassing😅 so ya! Goo is good!!!❤️ We were on the 2nd leg and lighting was too close so we had to stop the race! It was right befor my turn!!!!😢 I was on Hayley and Shawnees team btw! Now we're racing it next Tuesday!!!❤️🏃🏼

workout at little black mountain! We had 3.5 out at an easy pace then the way back was a pergression run!!! We started as a pergression but it felt like a tempo run😂 we ended our run with 7 girls and our pace was 6:30 for the last 1/2 mile😭 I was dying but it was a super good workout!!!😲 after the torture I found a lizard (but Sammi cought him) and we named him Chuncky cuzz he was a fat little guy😂

MORNING RUN!!!!!!❤️ I love morning runs!!!!

So it was 108 today!!!!😲 ya the workout was hard too! It was dirt mile repeats by this one corn field......🌾🌾🌾I held my 7:05 mile pace for the first mile then the second mile I died!!!!!!

SUU Invite today!!! I didn't throw up today!!! Yay!😄🎉   During the race I felt super flat!!! My legs where totally dead!😲 they felt like a million times heavier than normal so basically I didn't run how I wanted to.😕 every one has been telling me to get my blood checked but I HATE SHOTS!!!! So I've always said no but when I finished the race I was ready to get 20 shots if it would help me! Cuzz that race was terrible!!!😭💉

Aqua jogging in the morning!!! I don't mind Aqua jogging but this morning was "different"...... So I was Aqua jogging with my hot coco in my pool at 6 am and was about 16 min. Into it when a gray thing flys over my head! I assumed it was a moth but then it started DIVE BOMBING AT MY FACE!!!!!!😲 I realized it was a bat!!!!!😭 so I sprinted out of the pool in to the house!😂 I wasn't going to go back out there so I just rolled out for 30 min😂😂😂

HAY BAIL RUN!!!!🎉❤️ We did r annual hay bail workout today and I LOVE that workout! Even know it kicked my butt today. I'm SO excited for American fork!
