XC season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🎉❤️🏃🏼 IM SO EXCITED!!!!!!😱😍 I'm up at girls camp so I had to get my first run in up here! Me shawnee Madi and Trin all ran together😄

ADVENTURE RUN!!! Went on an adventure run with coach thatcher lily Hayley and shawnee. It was SO FUN! We did 12 miles over in hericane and we even did a little workout during it.... On all the up hills coach would yell out tempo or bound so we would have to go quick or long for 30 seconds and it killed😂❤️🏃🏼

first time I went to a real practice at the high school!!!! It was way nice to see our whole team!❤️ But Alexis so there were lots of new people I need to meet. We ran a easy 4 towards sun river

ADVENTURE RUN!!!!! Ran up at pine valley agin! Super fun we did 1:30 hours out and got a total of 8 miles in!!!😄 Also we saw a turkey!!!!! And she had little babies!❤️🐓
