2nd workout of the season!🎉 it was 6 by 30 sec. Up web hill!!! I felt really good and actually liked this workout! We had to run a 2 1/4  mile warm up and it was LONG! Then we had a 2 mile cool down! ❤️🏃🏼

run out on the Gem Trail!!!! First time out there so it was fun and the trail was way cool! It was a single track and those are my favorite kinds of trails😊 we went 7 miles and it was so fun the way out but the way back was SO LONG!!!!!!!😭😭😭

tempo run agin!!!🎉 we have been doing TONS of tempo runs lately!!!! Which I really don't mind cuzz I L❤️VE tempo runs! This one I was so dead though😂 I went on a hike/run thing up on Delano the day befor and was out till 1:30 in the morning but it was such an awesome experience!!!❤️🏃🏼
