Sorry I have been skiping on writeing. We didn't do the workout today instead we just ran on the trails behind the high school. We ran a 1/2 mile warm up then 6 miles on the trails. Around mile 4.5 I triped and wacked up my right knee. It hearts to put preasure on it so I iced it. Hope it gets better. :)
We didn't go to morning practice so me, Shawnee, and Samantha just ran on are own at the high school. We ran a 1/2 mile warm up then we went on a 4.1 mile run out on the trails. My knee was a little tight but once I started running I felt good.
