FIRST DAY BACK!!!! and im dieing!!!!!!!!!! we had to run 5 miles and it hurt like heck! but i loved it cuzz i have missed running!

So its the 2nd day of having practice with the team and..................... COACH MADE US RUN 6 MILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know thats not alot but I havnt run much over our break (whoopssss.....) so i was TOTALLY DIEING! I was going to turn around at 4 with some other girls but then coach had me stay! ;( i was dead and nobody would talk so i did almost all the run! hahahaha even know i had no air! and its way cold!!! so thats my day so far! it been pretty gr8!

5 miles out to the spectrem! i personaly dont love the spectrem but its not the worst. this run was SUPER fast though!!!!!!! cuzzz lily made us run fast!!!!!!!!! Im not ready for that but o-well!
