so today we had an easy 6!!! It was out by the Arizona strip and I love this run!❤️ It's so pretty and fun! But we were hung so fast I was dead at 3miles! Then when we turned around we went even faster.....but it was so quick on one could talk! So I was thinkin I don't even like this! I want to just enjoy my run and remember why I love running! So I did😂 I slowed down to how I felt and ran the trail by myself! It's a windy trail do for most of the time I couldn't see anyone in front or behind me! It was me abs the trail.....I remembered why I love southern Utah!!!! It's so beautiful!!! Ya....I came in like 10 min after the hold girls but I needed a me run for once😄
