so doc said I tore and sprayed some stuff in my foot SSSOOO my life has basically ended!!!!!!!!! Running is my life rn so I'm basically dead Cuzz I can't run for at least 2 weeks😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 but I did  Aqua jog today in my pool....I pretty much died of  boredom  after like 2 min!!! Idk how I'm suppose to do that for an hour everyday!!! I'm gonna try biking.

Moral of this story (/nightmare!!!) is check how deep the water us BEFORE u jump off a waterfall!!!
